ART OF ALIGNMENT WORKSHOP — JULY 7TH

ALIGNMENT is 🔑 to a healthy yoga practice! To learn more about finding alignment in YOUR body and YOUR practice, join us for our powerful ALIGNMENT WORKSHOP!

This workshop is a great opportunity for all yogis/yoginis, whether you are new to yoga or already have a seasoned practice! Building from the foundation of mountain pose (tadasana), we will break down alignment of the whole body, and then experience how to optimally align ourselves in other yoga poses and in our daily movement patterns. When our poses are created in alignment, we experience greater steadiness, freedom, and strength. The first hour will involve partner asana work, while the second hour will involve a practice and the opportunity to bring alignment more powerfully into our poses!

YOGA, MEDITATION AND HENNA PARTY — JUNE 23RD

Join us for an afternoon of mindful movement, meditation, and henna art!

Flow through a guided vinyasa practice led by Nancy, then relax deeply with meditation.

Enjoy tea and Indian sweets, while receiving a beautiful custom hand drawn henna piece from Preeti!

CAMP COYOGA PRESENTS: THE ART & PLAY OF YOGA — SUMMER CAMP

ART. PLAY. YOGA! Camp CoYoga offers a fun balance between spontaneity and structure, and allows kids ages 6-10 to express themselves in a positive way.

Campers can expect to learn that the theme of YOGA or 'UNITY' can be experienced through fun yoga poses, arts and crafts, entertaining storytelling, music, games, dance, sharing and partnership with fellow peers!

The camp program embraces diversity and offers a safe environment for learning about yoga, developing body awareness, making friendships, and encouraging mindfulness - while having lots of fun this summer!

FULL-WEEK / FULL-DAY REGISTRATION AVAILABLE!

WHERE:

Summer camp programs will take place in July and August at both CoYoga Studio HQ and Erin Mills Soccer Club.

  • CoYoga Studio HQ (July 15-19 and August 19-23)

  • Erin Mills Soccer Club (July 22-26 and August 26-30)

TIME: 9am-4pm

COST:

Full-Week Rate $225 per 1 child (Sibling discount rate available)

Sibling Rate $175 per sibling

Day Pass Rate $50 per 1 child (No sibling discount)

PM Session (1pm-4pm): Play (Community Clean Up!) and Art (BFFs and Bracelets)


THURSDAY: Theme of the Day — MY IMAGINATION

AM Session (9:30am-12:30pm): Play (A Strange World!), Camp (A Rick-A-Bamboo!) and Yoga (Warriors and Dancers!)

PM Session (1pm-4pm): Play (Scavenger Hunt!) and Art (Mixed Media Magic)


FRIDAY: Theme of the Day — MY HEART

AM Session (9:30am-12:30pm): Play (My Beating Heart!), Camp (Cozy Camp Fire!) and Yoga (Presence? Or Presents?)

PM Session (1pm-4pm): Play (I Heart My Community!) and Art (Heart Strings)
